After completing her degree in nutrition, Gina started her career in health promotion. Whilst studying for her masters degree in health sciences she worked for a Primary Care Trust, supporting schools and workplaces to become ‘healthy’. She then moved into the catering industry where her main focus was food provision in early years and schools.
Gina’s decision to become self employed 10 years ago was driven by her desire to balance family life with a continued passion to promote good nutrition to others. Gina is also a part time lecturer in health and social care supporting the next generation of health professionals.
