Nutrition in a child’s early years impacts their growth, development and long-term outcomes. The EYN Partnership want to give you confidence that you’re providing your child with the nutrition they need – whether at home or when they’re in a childcare setting.
Laila graduated in 2016 from Leeds Trinity University and has since worked as both a freelance nutritionist and a freelance social researcher. Laila provides one-to-one nutritional consultations and group health and wellbeing sessions, with clients varying from individuals to businesses including Morrisons and the Crown Prosecution Service. Laila is a regional representative for the Association for Nutrition and a professional contributor to BBC Radio Leeds.
As a researcher, Laila undertakes research projects for Healthwatch organisations, which involves background research, questionnaire design, qualitative and/or quantitative research and analysis, report writing and presentations, as well as bringing together people from Public Health and local CCGs to share information and influence change
Laila is also currently studying for a Masters by Research.
