Information that we collect from you

In general, you can visit our Site without telling us who you are or providing us with any personal information.

Otherwise, the only personal information we will ever have about you is what you have voluntarily given us either via this site by using the, for example, the ‘Registration Form’, ‘Contact Us’ form, etc. or by sending us an email, telephoning us, or mailing something to us (e.g. letter, etc.).

At EYN Partnership, information security is very important and we have taken many steps to make sure your information is kept safe and secure against unauthorised access or disclosure, unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.

All the data you provide to us in stored on secure computers or servers located within the UK or European Economic Area. We may also store paper records in locked filing cabinets.

Our third party processors will also store your data on secure IT systems located within the UK or European Economic Area.  They may also store data in paper files.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

EYN Partnership sites may include links to third-party sites. EYNP does not control these third-party sites, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.

EYN Partnership sites may also have “plugins” (such as the Facebook “Like” button) to third-party sites or offer login (such as log in with Facebook) through a third-party account. Third-party plugins and login features, including their loading, operation and use, are governed by the privacy policy and terms of the third-party providing them.
